This is a short I DP’ed, filmed as an exercise for a directing class at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. A scene from the film “Brothers” written by David Benioff. The actors are Joel Kinnaman, Lee Roy Kunz, and Ashley Meyer. Directed by the talented Liza Minou Morberg.

An artist contacted me recently to let me know they had liked one of my photos, and decided to translate it into a drawing. The photo in question is woman on a bike, and here is their version of it:

I think they did a wonderful job capturing the self-confident poise of the woman. As an artist it’s a major thrill to see others interpret my work, and I hope it happens more in the future. Here’s my original:

A few weeks ago I got an email from a young man by the name of Tempest Baker. He’s in a high school photography class, and asked permission to do a photo based on my “Gflection Azules” for a replicate-a-cool-photo assignment. I was honored, and gave him permission.

This is a movie from a fellow student in my production class, a comedy that pokes a little bit of fun at Now We Can Be Together:
Pretty funny right? The class gave me some crap for NWCBT being too self-important and serious, so this movie was the ultimate deflation. I really appreciated it.
